The legendary Western Electric 396A driver tube delivers not only gain, but an unforgettable sonic character.
Four custom E-Core and M-Core transformers, silver wiring, and true point-to-point construction ensure exceptional clarity and stability. TA 274b rectifiers and DHT triodes bring the performance closest to the iconic Western Electric 274b, preserving the purity of the music.
Meticulous Swiss engineering and a passion for directly heated triodes define the SC12R, offering a one-of-a-kind sound experience that satisfies the world’s most discerning audiophiles.
